Dimorder is developed and operated by TEAMOTTO (HK) LIMITED. We are an engineering team in Hong Kong who have spent years building restaurant and e-commerce systems — a SaaS commerce platform, mini-program networks, cloud print scheduling — and now every bit of that experience is poured into one ordering system for food service.
We rewrote the system more than once, all for "no sugar, no milk"
Too many ordering systems on the market are generic templates wearing a restaurant costume: one iced milk tea becomes two tickets, a combo drink means editing code in the back office, and the two words "add extra" might as well be gibberish. We designed ours from the way a Hong Kong cha chaan teng actually works. Prep options, combo logic, tea charge, service charge, Octopus and FPS — all native features, never patches.

Transparent billing
Commissions, quotas and hardware prices are all published on the pricing page. Every bill comes with a day-by-day breakdown, and we do not accept "system adjustment fees".
Your data stays yours
Open API, export any time. If you ever stop using the system, there is no such thing as hostage data.
Features driven by the kitchen
New features come from the kitchen and the floor: oversized pickup numbers, dishes bound to specific printers, a void-ticket recycle bin — all born from real complaints and real shifts.
