Daily stock P0: no more sold-out stickers
- Dishes can carry a default daily stock that auto-refills the next day; sold-out dishes auto-reject orders, so no half-filled tickets come through
- Yellow low-stock alerts; voided orders auto-return stock; today's specials auto-revert to the normal price the next day
- A dish can bind to multiple label printers or zone printers, with the target printer locked in at order time (including combo sub-items)

Takeaway pickup closed loop: separate pickup pricing + scan-off
- Separate takeaway pickup price: when it is set above the dine-in price, the comparison shows with a strikethrough
- Pickup numbers are issued automatically, customers track progress in real time, and staff hand over the order by scanning the "PK" code
- In-store big screen: pickup progress + promotional content + dual takeaway entry codes; opens straight from a TV browser, no login needed

- Today's live data plus yesterday's and the last 7 days go to the model, which returns a business read right on the sales page

- The cashier terminal is rewritten in Kotlin + Compose; on touch machines it runs smoother than the web version
